Artist Statement

Creating fine art metal sculpture requires a high degree of welding skill, as evident in the work of Don Anderson, who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Kansas and is also a certified welding inspector and instructor when not producing art. Don currently serves on the board of the Whatcom Artist Studio, and has exhibited his works throughout the Pacific Northwest. Don works with abstract forms inspired by nature and contemporary events.
